2. Estimates and Charges

All cost estimates are prepared based on the information provided by the customer, including pickup and delivery locations, quantity of goods, distance, and type of service required. Any changes, additional items, or extra manpower requested during the process may lead to revised pricing. All charges are subject to applicable taxes and prevailing service conditions.

3. Booking Confirmation and Payments

An advance payment, as mentioned in the quotation, is required to secure a booking. The balance amount must be settled upon completion of the service. Payments can be made through cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment modes. Non-payment or delayed payment may result in service interruption or additional charges.

4. Customer Obligations

Customers must provide accurate details regarding addresses, access conditions, lift availability, parking arrangements, and the nature of goods being moved. Any fragile, high-value, or special items should be declared in advance to ensure appropriate handling. Bharti Moving Solution shall not be responsible for damage arising from undeclared items or packing done by the customer.

5. Insurance Coverage

Although we take every precaution to ensure the safe movement of goods, customers are advised to opt for insurance coverage for added protection against unexpected incidents such as accidents, theft, or natural calamities. Any insurance-related claims will be governed by the insurer’s terms and conditions.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

We strive to meet agreed timelines; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including traffic congestion, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events. Bharti Moving Solution cannot be held liable for such delays.

7. Storage Terms

Goods stored in our warehouses are maintained in secure and supervised environments. All outstanding storage fees must be cleared before the release of stored items. In cases of prolonged non-payment, Bharti Moving Solution reserves the right to dispose of the goods in accordance with company policy.

8. Restricted Items

The shipment of hazardous, flammable, perishable, or illegal items is strictly prohibited. If such items are discovered, the service may be terminated immediately without any refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise due care during packing, handling, and transportation, our liability is limited to the value declared by the customer and the extent of insurance coverage, if applicable. We are not liable for damage caused by natural wear and tear, improper customer packing, or unavoidable circumstances.

10. Cancellation Policy

Customers wishing to cancel a booking must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after the commencement of services may attract charges for work already completed and resources utilized.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, trademarks, logos, and materials belong exclusively to Bharti Moving Solution. Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Haryana.
